Shantreddy Soogareddy, Co-founder and COO

Shantreddy is Co-founder and COO of Celix Pharma. He has over 18 years’ experience in pharmaceutical product development. A skilled project management professional with extensive experience in managing all aspects of outsourced R&D and manufacturing, such as partner identification, due diligence, negotiations and contracts.  He started his career as a formulation scientist developing generic pharmaceutical products for ROW, US and EU markets. He led a group of scientists in Pharmaceutical Services business of Dr Reddy’s, successfully developing generic, 505 (b)(2) and NCE formulations for Global customers. Prior to founding Celix Pharma, he was Associate Director – External R&D for Dr. Reddy’s SA, based in Basel, Switzerland. In this role he has successfully delivered outsourced projects, working in virtual, multicultural environments.  He brings with him product development experience and a global network of CRO, CMO & CDMO partners.  Shantreddy has a Master's in Pharmacy from JSS College of Pharmacy, India
